Unfortunately our website does not even begin to show you all the wonderful merchandise we have in the store; hopefully some of the overall store photos help in that regard. Some of the items missing from the website include our military challenge coins; there are simply too many to photograph. At $12.50 each, we have hundreds in stock at any given time. You might, for instance, simply want a special USMC coin and we can certainly provide one for you.
We pride ourselves on our military shadow boxes whether full or empty. We can provide the empty shadow box (or a shadow box/flag case) in a variety of sizes, the items to be displayed in the box or the completely assembled box with a brass engraving. These usually take about 2-3 weeks after we have all the ribbons, medals, etc. to be displayed in the box. They are available for 3' x 5' flags or 5' x 9' flags.
We also have a very nice selection of antique instruments: WW II sextants, WW II telescope, vintage Chelsea clocks, lanterns, compasses, binnacles, telegraph, mercury barometer, etc. Feel free to call for additional information.
Our crystal is exceptional, especially when it is personalized. We offer decanters, wine glasses, cocktail glasses, paperweights, wine stoppers, ornaments, vases and plates, all with a variety of military seals or logos. If you prefer something other than a military or government seal, send it to us in jpeg format and we can etch your logo on any of the items above. Of particular interest is what we call "the cube." It has three sides that can be etched with logos, seals or text. This is the single most prpular item in the store. It has a small, flat angle on the bottom that allows it to turn.
We specialize in promotion and retirement gifts ~ or gifts for people just moving on. They range from clocks for the desk or wall and boxed compasses to customized pen sets, the cube described above and custom accessory boxes. Much of what we do is custom work which can often be accomplished in a day. We can also provide a personalized engraving for your gift.
Our customized ball caps have been a mainstay at Ship's Hatch for decades. We can custom embroider a ball cap for any USN/USCG ship that ever sailed. The caps include a silhouette for the ship. We have had about 16,000 ships in our history, so you can imagine how many silhouettes we have embroidered!
